The 'air gap' has quietly grown a WiFi point, for a contractor's convenience. The on-call rota lists two people who moved teams a year ago. Three options went to the board; the middle one won, the way it always does.

None of these is really a technical problem. The technical half tends to be the easier half. This is mostly about the other one, and the people holding it together under pressure.
